😱I can’t believe it’s been 4 weeks already, 😅What’s that saying about time flying again? When you’re having fun right? 😂 I won’t call it fun but it’s been an experience. This week we were asked to test the functionality and ensure 100% compliance with the design of a URL shortening app. The front-end and back-end teams chose the Bub-It design. Unfortunately while trying to get permission to use the design we were delayed. We were asked to make a payment to get access to the design, which we couldn’t do.
On the first day(27th of June), The Front-end and Back-end team started their work but we couldn’t create test cases without a flow or a design.
On the second day(28th of June), The Front-end team delivered a screen that we couldn’t work with so nothing could be done.
On the third day(29th of June), the front-end team delivered two screens at night by 8 pm.
On the fourth day(30th of June), Two members were assigned to the screens provided. And in the evening by 4 pm the remaining screens were provided by the front-end team. By 11:58 pm the back-end team provided the API.

On the fifth day(1st July), The remaining members were assigned to the screens provided and asked to carry out the API tests.
On the sixth day (2nd July), The API test was carried out and documented, and Test case scenarios were created from the screens provided.

We faced a lot of obstacles but I believe we were able to carry out at least 70% of the task assigned to us. Hopefully, when the app is ready the functionality tests will be carried out. 😊 Thank you for reading
